Hospitality Group Brings Mediterranean Restaurant to Wedgewood Houston

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants will open Aba at 435 Houston St., next to Jackalope Brewing Co. and near Soho House Nashville. The opening is slated for mid to late 2025.
“We are open to looking at a lot of opportunities,” RJ Melman, president of Lettuce Entertain You, told the Business Journal. “The cool thing about Nashville is that it’s a market you can do a lot of restaurants in over time.”
Aba, which means father in Hebrew, serves modern Mediterranean cuisine with a California influence. Chef CJ Jacobson’s menu is broken down into hummus selections, spreads, cold mezze, hot mezze, raw dishes, meats, seafood, kabobs and dessert.
“There’s an amazing restaurant scene and we’re just happy to be a part of that fabric" Melman said.
